Not really a lot going on today. A few little stories but nothing to really get excited (or depressed) about.

We haven’t heard a lot about Alisher Usmanov recently have we? I’m sure you remember him paying £75m for David Dein shares in the summer and he started buying up a decent percentage. Well the fans launched an attack on his bid to take over the club and we haven’t really heard much about that since.

Well he’s completely stalled in his buying of shares in Arsenal and now there’s suggestions he might even be trying to sell them. This is great news for us; we don’t want Jabba, or anyone taking over the club. You have to give some credit to the board who agreed to freeze all their activity with Arsenal shares making it impossible for a takeover to happen.

It looks like we’re safe for the moment then, until someone else comes in to try and buy us but we know now that if they do, someone else who has tried it has failed.

Also today, there are suggestions that Theo Walcott could be sent on loan at a lower club. The move would be good for his confidence and match experience but with our current situation with strikers and wingers I don’t think Wenger would want him to go. He’ll probably deny these stories tomorrow, but maybe he should think about it? I mean Theo is obviously lacking confidence and a spell at a Championship side might really help him. I dunno, I’m not the manager, but it’s a decision that he’s going to have to make.

Flamini’s future’s still in doubt but he’s said in this months magazine that Arsenal is his priority and that talks our on going. I think he’s going to stay but it is quite worrying as time ticks on and nothing has been sorted out. With Diarra now gone his new deal is even more important to us.

Finally, Bendtner’s Dad has got involved in the whole thing that happened with Adebayor against Spurs. His comments are really not necessary. This whole thing has been over-hyped by the media way too far; it was simply a push. These things happen all the time when players get irritated. The fact that the FA are getting involved is ridiculous, it should be a purely club matter and I’m sure Arsene will know what’s best to resolve the matter.

Thanks for reading.

The sharks are having a feeding frenzy, it’s been a long time coming… but we’ll be back.

Newcastle better watch out!

No action to be taken against Ade by the clowns in the football association. Sky Sports and the Sun couldn’t convince them something actually happened it seems. Makes a change i suppose.

As for the shares – good news if that fat fuck does sell, but that lockdown also means they cant buy the shares back from that fucking gangster either right ? Thats a pity.

I doubt Theo will go anywhere. Boss has to stick by him now. Sending him on loan will be taken up by the press as an admission that Theo isnt good enough. And you know how the english press like to drag down their own. There already starting on soon to be new recruit Luke Freeman.

‘chef,

It’s not fucking impossible for a fucking takeover to happen; they’ve just decided to freeze it for a year. Any-fucking-thing can happen after that. Usmanov may be a fat fuck, and he may even be fuglier than fucking Flamini, but he still owns a fuckload of Arsenal shares, and he’ll still have fucking influence in the fucking boardroom. And, you’re a deluded fucker if you think your fucking demonstrations had any fucking effect. Usmanov didn’t buy the club because those old fuckers in the board didn’t want to sell their fat-fucking cash cow before the fucking Highbury flats are built. And I’m not giving those hoity-toity boardroom fuckers ANY fucking credit for being greedy and patient instead of greedy and stupid. As far as I can fucking see, there’s no fucking difference being owned by rich English fuckers and rich Uzbek fuckers.

Walcott should go on loan back to fucking Southampton. That young fucker is fast running out of fucking time. He’s 18! Fuckers like Rooney already had their first cap at that age. Sink or fucking swim, that’s my fucking motto.

Deise,

Let the Totties have their fucking cake. They played well and deserved it. Let us not fall into the trap of fucking hubristic conceit. Be fucking magnanimous like me. If those fuckers want to commemorate their first fucking derby win in 9 fucking years, let them. Let’s not fucking sneer at their achievement. To break a hoodoo like that takes guts, skill, and the ability to beat up little kids for their lunch money. We were played off the fucking park. There’s no disgrace in acknowledging a fucking superior performance.

Bravo Tottenham, 5-1 victors against the greatest fucking football club in the fucking universe.

Connolly’s agent,

Yeah that’s what I meant, the fact that a takeover was impossible for that year…therefore demonstrating that he wasn’t wanted.

And I know that our demonstrations had nothing to do with him stopping buying shares, look what happened at man utd. Didn’t mean to link the two things like that.

connolly agent is ur name fucking

9. Blog Head - 25 January, 2008

Bendtner needed a first Aid-de-bey-or !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10. KashifN - 25 January, 2008

I think Walcott should go. At this rate, when next season starts and Carlos Vela is with us, Walcott won’t even be making the subs bench regularly never mind the first team. Vela’s already got a wealth of experience playing in Spain not to mention a sack full of goals. Walcott? hmmmm…

11. KashifN - 25 January, 2008

btw. DeiseGooner that DVD should be marked Collector’s edition cos it only comes out once a decade :D

12. Blog Head - 25 January, 2008

Kashifin, I think Wengers got one eye on Platini bringing in new regulations regarding homegrown players

13. Blog Head - 25 January, 2008

Kashifin,

Ad-de-bey-or!!!!!……………………Give him the ball and he will score!!!!!!!……………………When they’ve got four!!!!!!…………………….then put bentdner on the floor!!!!!!!

14. DeiseGooner - 25 January, 2008

Yeah CA – well done to spurs. What ever about getting caught up in the game and celebrating like its something more than it was. But im sorry , t-shirts , mugs and a feckin dvd. No, that just cant be let go. The dvd is already sold out. They are all at home with the remote in one hand and their cocks in the other. Ha !

15. Blog Head - 25 January, 2008

DeiseGooner,

It better not be sold out

16. Alex - 25 January, 2008

Walcott should be given another season, he is very injury prone but if he can get over them and get stronger he will be the next Henry, although I don´t think he can be as good as him.
Vela is an outstanding player, he is great so, right now he is much better that Theo. W e really need a new CB, Kolo is injured
