Adebayor would drift to the wings alot, this guy stays more central. adebayor was rarely in the box when stricking unlike his previous campaing. Overall chamakh is just another dimension which can make the team diverse. if bendtner continues performing as he was at the close of the season then i dont believe we would really need the new signing. BUT the depth of the squad would be greatly appreciated!

Seriously, Gilberto NOT a good DM? Do you not remember the season he stood in for captain in place of Henry and literally carried the team at times? You cannot say, oh Brazilians make lousy DMs. It’s straight up racist if not plain stupidity. The great Brazilian teams are always founded on solid DMs. Not to carry on flaming, but finally, you are the kind of Gooner that embarrasses the real fans.

ANYWAY, racist pricks piss me off, but onto the real meat of the day. It’s fair to say that Ade has burned his bridges at the Emirates. I mean, I’m not his biggest fan, but even during his low points this season, I still defended him. Now, if he wants to move, he had better, because no one will stick up for him now. If he ends up staying, it could even prove detrimental on the team. Whatever happens, I just want a quick resolution.

With regards to Chamakh, I’m not too sure about him. I mean, his scoring stats aren’t exactly flattering, which is the key factor in getting a striker. BUT, having said that, if Wenger wants him, it’s obviously for good reason; Henry wasn’t the blazing 25 goal-a-season striker pre-Arsenal, so I have every faith, just like Arshavin, that the right decision will be made in terms of the team’s benefit.

Between Bendtner, RVP, Eduardo, Vela, Arshavin, Rosicky and Nasri we should be able to pick up his tally. Bendtner had a decent late sseason, we should try him until January and if he flakes then spend. In the maentime focus all the money and efforrt on a proven DM.
