Help decide new look for The Cannon 22 December, 2009

No time for a blog today but here are some designs I did last night for the sites new look. Fed up with the crappy-away-kit look, I’m feeling a switch back to yellow or the white one. What do you think?

Help me decide by voting in this poll

Cheers. Have a nice day, hope you’re not still stuck in the snow.

I voted for number 4. What I’d suggest is adding a slight gradient to it, maybe isolating the canon with a spotlight perhaps? Also continue the blue all the way across and move the search bar onto the end of the navigation…
Love your site, great blog.

Have a proper bo chrimbo!

3 looks like Spurs, sorry!

@block6gooner
that is so true, 3 looks so much like spurs, u should never use it in my opinion, but thats just me…
i chose number 1 because it has both arsenal’s main colours used in equal amounts. my second choice would be number 2 but it is rather reminiscent of liverpool, which isnt really a good thing!

All that is missing from number 3 is a cockerel! lol

Number 1 without a doubt

5. McGooner - 22 December, 2009

Definitely not No 3, it looks much like spurs… The rest looked very nice..

6. mark - 22 December, 2009

Went for number 4, but I like 2 and 3 as well.

I voted for No. 4 because I like the clean look and the prominence given to the cannon. I’d like it even more if you used the title font from No. 5 in the design.

no 1 or 2. 2 would look good if it had the red n white integrated from 1. its always good to know some quick designing techniques.

Must be the season for redesigns LC! I just did one up for the Arsenal FC Blog!

Number 4 for me, although No 6 is extremely unique which I like :)

not 3. But change the layout according to fixture list, home and away. Can easily be done with some JS or PHP

5 for me!
